Hi Caitlin, I’ll be posting 2016 predictions this week (hopefully later today or tomorrow). At the top of this page, you can click on the `accuracy of predictions’ link and it will describe our method for predictions. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Hi, thanks for the predictions. what about uni of kentucky, boston college, penn state, uni of new mexico, depaul, and loyola chicago? I was wondering whether there is not enough data on these schools to come up with a prediction.
Hi Hugh,
I’ll look into them a little more. If you have any information, feel free to send it over. Since one of the main reasons we have this blog running is to collect more data for future admissions, I would much appreciate you letting me know when you hear anything from those schools. Best of luck.
Boston College:15 Feb (though most of the gradcafe result posts state the decisions were communicated via postal mail, so in that case it might be around 3-4 March as well)
Penn State: 3 Feb (interviews), 17 Feb (Decisions)
Yeah. They released on a Saturday in 2013 and 2014, according to my data. Strange right? Schools seem restrict it to MWF or a weekday, but there are a few that seem to release at the end of the week (ThFSa) or have no noticeable pattern.
It looks like there are only 2 acceptances on gradcafe. So, I’m not sure, but if it’s like most places. They’ll be calling or emailing over the next few days. Good luck.
Hi, I was wondering how you figured these out, and if you had predictions for 2016?

Hi Jac, thanks for this. It’s really helpful. Were you planning on making predictions about any MA programs?

I noticed you have Arizona predicted for a Saturday. Have they released on Saturdays before?
